al piano centrale stanno i due appartamenti per gli ospiti appennino e sibilla, (100 mq e 44 mq) con entrate autonome, i cui ingressi sono comodamente raggiungibili senza scale da una diramazione della strada principale. in esso possono essere ospitate comodamente da sei a nove persone piã¹ i lettini per bambini.
l’appartamento appennino ha due camere doppie, con possibilitã di una terza doppia aggiuntiva; sibilla ha una camera doppia con possibilitã di un posto singolo aggiuntivo; i due appartamenti possono essere utilizzabili come una sola unitã abitativa in caso di famiglie o gruppi di amici. l’appartamento appennino puã² infatti disporre anche di un ampio soggiorno-cucina con lo spazio adeguato per contenere un numero di persone piã¹ che doppio rispetto al numero di posti letto disponibili.
nel sottostante piano piscina sta il terzo appartamento, la priora, raggiungibile anch’esso con o senza scale, con una camera doppia e possibilitã di due posti letto aggiunti.
le cucine dei tre appartamenti hanno i punti cottura a gas metano, con sistema di sicurezza termocoppia, e sono completamente attrezzate. le camere sono climatizzate e riscaldate; hanno servizi autonomi; la temperatura 㨠regolabile autonomamente; ciascuna camera 㨠fornita di radio e tv sat al plasma con possibilitã di collegamento adsl
in comune a tutti gli ospiti: il salone pluriuso (130 mq) e, nel piano della piscina, la zona fitness. si pu㲠visitare la cantina e gustare i vini che vi sono conservati. all’esterno, piscina, terrazze e spazi esterni (esclusi quelli di pertinenza esclusiva di ciascun appartamento).

Property has been recently refurbished and is very spacious, clean and new. Situated at the edge of Loro Piceno, it has stunning views across open countryside towards the Sibilline Mountains, which from Autumn onwards are snow-capped. All amenities within about 10 mins walk: supermarket, bakers, butcher, bank, etc, but the walk is up a steep hill to start with. Restaurants nearby, but Taverna Loro is particularly recommended. Plenty of exploring to do in the region with wonderful little medieval towns and villages on the hills. Or a trip to the seaside which would take approx 30 mins drive. Roads are good and wide even in the hilly/mountainous areas. The owner is very welcoming and happy to oblige. Guests are free to help themselves to fruit and vegetables (all organically grown) from their extensive garden. We were lucky enough to experience the grape harvest and wine making process which the owner carries out each year. We found everyone we met very friendly and helpful. We flew Ryanair to Ancona (approx 1 hr 10 mins drive) and hired a car. Although the owner would have been happy to give us lifts if we had needed, we would recommend having own transport. Don't forget to try the vino cotto (a red wine something like port) for which Loro Piceno is famous!

This was a very well equipped Villa with the owners living above who were both very helpful and charming. The surrounding area is beautiful and the villa has a fantastic view of the country side, which can be views from the pool which has an eternity edge. The village centre is a 5mins walk and offers good bars and restaurants. I would recommend this Villa for a very Italian experience of good food, friendly people and outstanding natural beauty.

Wir waren schon oft in Italien in unterschiedlichen Regionen, Häusern oder Wohnungen und trotzdem wird dieser Urlaub für uns etwas Besonders bleiben:
Schon vor unserer Ankunft zeigte sich unser Vermieter als äußerst hilfsbereit und beantwortete alle Mails umgehend.
Das Haus befindet sich am Rande von Loro Piceno und es sind alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke.....) in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Für einen "Großeinkauf" kann man nach Macerata fahren - mit dem Auto ca. 20 Min. -, hier gibt es mittwochs auch einen großen Straßenmarkt für Klamotten usw.
Die Ferienwohnung ist mehr als großzügig bemessen und besonders die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Beide Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, Fernseher und Zugang zu einem Badezimmer. Vom Balkon hat man einen sensationellen Blick auf die Sibillinischen Berge. Hier steht ein Tisch zum Essen oder, wenn es zu heiß ist, gibt es eine eine zweite großzügige Sitzgelegenheit auf der überdachten Terrasse.
Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Faulenzen braucht und im Schatten der Bäume gibt es Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kleinen. Alles ist gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Das für uns einzigartige war jedoch unser Vermieter selbst:
Wir konnten uns aus seinem Garten mit Obst und Gemüse versorgen und auch von seinem selbstgemachten Wein haben wir des öfteren gekostet. Peppino spricht etwas Deutsch und seine Schwester sehr gut Englisch. Sie sind äußerst hilfsbereit und haben uns zu Events mitgenommen, die man als normaler Tourist nicht ohne weiters mitbekommt. Ein besonders Highlight war das von Peppino gekochte Abendessen für uns und unsere holländischen "Nachbarn" aus der kleineren Ferienwohnung.
Aber keine Angst ,,,, unsere Vermieter waren zwar sehr kontaktfreudig und weltoffen, respektierten jedoch auch jeder Zeit unsere Privatsphäre.
Was die Freizeitmöglichkeiten betrifft: Es sind ca. 30m bis zum Meer, Radfahren ist etwas anstrengend, wegen der Hitze (Juli) und den vielen Steigungen. Für Wanderer sind die Sibillinischen Berge sicherlich reizvoll: Man kann den Montevitorio besteigen (Anfahrt ca. 1Std., Parkplatz auf 1500m, Aufstieg ca. 2 1/2 Std. auf 2500m).
Uns hat dieser Urlaub Spaß gemacht und wir werden sicherlich nochmals unsere neuen "Freunde" in den Marken besuchen.
